Project: Repair or Service an Appliance
Poor communication... Technician left broken burners and discontinued communication with customer. Screws broken and customer wasn't informed.

They said the cost was $75 for the visit plus parts and labor but the $75 would be refunded. They only had to push the rotor around one turn to unstick something plugging it. No parts at all. 5 minutes They were completely misleading about the cost. The repairman said the real cost is $120 for labor regardless of how long it would take to fix, plus any charges for parts. Very misleading - Be prepared. The charge is actually $120 / NOT $75. If you want them to actually look at the garbage disposal or touch it, that is $120! Dishonest

Ray was excellent with communicating a timeframe and then that they could come earlier. Aaron worked quickly, found the part needed, let me know how much it cost, ordered it and then they came back on Saturday to complete the work. I’d use them again.
