We had a special situation where we had materials to reroof the entire house, but needed the labor to install. I had several bids come in and FRS was the best value. The crew were friendly, did an excellent job cleaning up and worked in the hot sun until the job was completed, 12 hours at 108 degrees. I think what you will find from FRS and Geronimo Barajas is not a typical contractor. I asked for bids from several roofers and even tried a few on Craigslist (big mistake). Not only did he respond timely to my labor request, but also follow up on his appointments. I guess what I am trying to say is I didn't feel like I was being sold a car. Geronimo is not pushy, listens to your concerns and doesn't leave you hanging. If he says he will be out on Friday, he will be there. If you are one of these people that have to have everything picture perfect, find fault in everything and complain, go spend more money and hire the most expensive in town. Very pleased with my roof replacement. FRS went above and beyond other roofers fixing problems that other roofers covered up.

I would definitely recommend Friendly Restoration they came one day did and inspection game me and estimate told me that they would be back the next day, showed up the next day did all the work on my roof great job no complaints.

This project included replacement of 2 roof vents, roof deck repair, and sealing of all the vents on the roof. Mr. Kelly, Geronimo, and the technicians were accommodating and responded to my concerns. The main technician is skillful and diligent. He, together with his aid, did an excellent job. To ascertain sources of the leaks, he climbed into a narrow attic area. He then repaired the roof deck under the vent before replacing it. His skills and thoroughness were much appreciated. The reason 4 stars and not 5 were given was due to the selection of the 2 metal roof vents, which have a flawed design and inferior quality -- The metal mesh around the vent's collar: 1) has 1/2 inch openings 2) is not attached to the top, creating a continuous gap (around 1/2 inch) under the dome. Now, my concerns are that insects and small rodents can easily enter the attic through the vents. I described the problems to Geronimo and asked for a solution. So far, no response.

They did very nice work at a nice price under difficult working conditions. They were working on my room in the rain.

Geronimo was Professional and courteous. Not only did he fix the initial problem that I had with my roof, he also fixed other areas he felt needed repair. When he was done, he showed me pictures of all the work performed to my roof. I would totally recommend Geronimo for any roof repairs.

Fast and friendly. I am not able to see the work that was done but time will tell that. I was very impressed overall.
