I chose this company because of other reviews. I found that his work was not thorough and, when I questioned him about things I thought should have been done better, there were a variety of excuses some of which I knew were "just excuses." I finally asked for an area to be done better because I personally had cleaned that area better myself. When the area was "redone", miraculously it got cleaner. I heard Chris as he was packing up say that something had broken on his truck and he had to retrieve another portable one before he could do his next job. I can not be sure since I did not supervise the job, but I think the machine he needed broke while doing my job and that is why some of the work I pointed out as not getting done well. It was the reason I was given excuses for less than acceptable work. I have never been as disappointed in a HomeAdvisor/Angie's List Pro as I was with this services provider.

Outstanding! Prompt, courteous, neat, and best of all - very cooperative. I never felt pressured to do what I didn't want or not to do what I did want. Chris was extremely thorough with power wash and paint prep, and James was excellent with paint prep, repairs and improvements. Call these people'll be glad you did!

I had hired Mr. Hanna three times to power wash my homes (primary-twice and rental once). I was pleased until today when he was supposed to be at my home at 9:00 a.m. and didn't show up until after 10:20 a.m. I called him at 10:10 a.m. to find out if he was coming over still only to be told he couldn't power wash the deck because the temperature has to be at least 50 degrees. I didn't have a problem with that. I had a problem that he was late and didn't call. I had to call him. He said he was on his way to bring me a proposal. When I received the proposal I noticed the cost of the power washing increased from $250 to $375. I was perturbed because the first time almost two years ago he quoted a price of $200.00, but the deck was too new and needed to "cure." I appreciated his honesty and this is the reason we decided to wait and hire him the following year. The following year I asked him to power wash our home and asked him again just to see if the price was the same how much would he charge to power wash the deck. He said $200.00 again, but it was too late in the season. Then I asked how much he would charge to stain it. He quoted a price. When I called him this year to make the appointment he increased the price by $50.00. I wasn't too happy about the increase, but I said ok. Today he was supposed to power wash our deck, but due to the cold weather he was unable. Fine. When he brought the proposal I noticed the price has now increased to $375.00. He stated he has to pay insurance, the deck is "weathered" and he's a professional, etc. I was very disappointed. I gave him every opportunity to right his wrong and he continued to double talk. I told him when he quoted the price he should abide by his word. He continued to dance around what I was saying. Long story short. I told him I had other professional quotes that were higher in price and I would gladly pay the higher price before I paid him. Integrity is everything.

I gave the homeowner a quote without measuring, that was an estimate. when I was able to got over there, I gave them a free estimate, after I measured it, I noticed there was also another area (a large retaining wall) that also needed to be powerwashed, therefore the price was a little bit higher, therefore I adjusted the price on the staining which was already half of the industry standard, the homeowner did not agree and this is why she gave me a poor review. as far as me being late I told them I would be there between the hours of 9 and 10 to give them a free quote in writing
