The overall experience was a good one. Greg was my service tech. He was very professional upon arrival. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and job @ hand. Very thorough, he was prompt, and very honest, he went out his way to check other units to see if they will be needing serving soon, which he pointed out my hot water tank was leaking and will soon need to be replaced or fixed soon, I would highly recommend him and will be using him again

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly! Came out for a routine 30-min call and ended up spending almost 3 hours getting to the bottom of a tricky problem, but still only charged me for the small, agreed-upon 30-min service charge!
