    Gerson came to my house to give an estimate of the work. He requested a down payment which I gave him. Gerson said he had to order parts and it took about 6 weeks. I called him one day after about 6 weeks and said he wants to give them 1 more week to get the parts. He never took the initiative to call me and give an update so I called him again and he promised to come to my house to fix the furniture. I never heard from him after that. He said Im coming and he didnt come. I tried calling him daily and got no answer. I would not recommend using him because of the poor customer service.

    I reported this company to Home Advisor because the company was not returning my calls, texts, or e-mails. I got a little anxious. I didn't know what to think. I got this company off of HomeAdvisor, I knew little about this company other then picking it from Home Advisor. Did this company walk away with my furniture. I was worry. Not returning call, texts or emails Finally I spoke with the company and my furniture was delivered today 4/17/2021. Mr. Arnez apology and said he had been sick. The Rattan furniture is beautifully refurbish. The workmanship is outstanding. I will be using FurnitureDoctors3 again. I am just sorry for the broke in communication. That why I rated this company 3 in customer service. Always get back with the customer on updates. Other than that the quality was excellence.

    This company doesn't return calls, e-mails or texts. Please check references before you use this company. I didn't and took FurnitureDoctors3 at face value. I thought I was dealing with a professional company. Boy was I wrong, Will will be call you or text or e-mail you the status of your of order. Again check this company review before dealing with it.

    I had a mid century recline that was no longer operation. Gerson Arnez of Furniture Doctors 3 did a great job analyzing the problem and completed the repair in four days. The price and quality of work were excellent.

    Whatever you do, do not use this company you will regret it. Unfortunately for us we did use this company and we never received our two antique beds back. We called and described to him that we needed to have two beds looked at. He came over very quickly that week and informed us that he would have to take with him the furniture and he should have it done in about two weeks. This was at the end of January 2019. Today is June 6 and we still do not have the beds back. After he picked up the furniture, he did not contact us again. I have called and texted him numerous times and the majority of my texts go on answered. My calls have not been answered or returned. My husband has sent him emails. Throughout the almost 6 months that he has had our furniture he has maybe responded three times to let us know that he was either waiting on parts or would be done in the following week. My daughter called him this week and he answered the phone, most likely because he was not familiar with her phone number. He informed her that he would bring the bed back this week during 4-5 pm. I texted him this morning to let him know that I would be home earlier and it did say that he had read the text message but has never responded. I deeply regret calling him and having him come over to my house to look at the furniture because now two sentimental items have been lost. I repeat, do not use this service because you will regret it.

    They charged me $440 to fix a recliner which took 3 months. The repair never worked correctly. The repair fell apart completely 2 months later. I called for fix they did not show up and dont respond to messages. Should of bought a new chair waste of $ 440!!@
