    I called Gary as I had a broken water pipe that needed to be repaired immediately as I had no water. He came within 20 minutes and completed the repair job in 3 hours. He is experienced and professional! I have another project for which I plan to hire him.

    This my second review ... only because HomeAdvisor resent the form out. I completed it AGAIN because Robison is one of the very best contractors I have worked with. And I wanted to make sure my opinion is stated.

    plumber was hard of hearing. i had to wait till he was close to me so i did not have to yell at him to ask a question. he sent snake thru sewer to clear pipe to street and got rotor-rooter stuck in pipe. charged me ADDITIONAL charge to dig THREE holes in yard to get snake unstuck. said it was MY cost to get HIS snake unstuck. used fiber optic devise to look thru pipe but was able to unstuck his snake. but unable to tell why pipe was stopped up. i called city sewer people, they found BIG mass of roots from my sewer line. this was SECOND time i have had to call plumber to clear sewer. was afraid to call first plumber because of cost but wound up paying ?3-5? times as much for robinson plumbing. at leas sewer is cleared now but for how long???
