Tried to hire them, but there was no communication from the technician after our initial conversation over the phone. I pursued them multiple times, but no progress was made in the acquisition of parts over two weeks. We cancelled the work we had requested.

Corey was my tech and when I spoke to him over the phone to explain my issue, he immediately stated he know what was wrong. He was honest to say he would like like to waste a trip knowing he did not have what he needed on the truck. He ordered the part, told me when he received it and repaired the refrigerator that day. Very professional and honest and prompt

They came and performed the repair. Did not follow up to make sure it all worked. When I called back to inform them it was not working I never, after two calls and two messages, never heard from them again. Left in limbo. Still not working properly.
Response by G H Appliance Repair: Jim, could your please revise your review and let everyone know your fridge is working correctly. I'm really confused about your review on the repair. On feb 5th you had a service call for for no water or ice after you changed out your filter. We replaced the faulty filter head and cleared the evaporator drain . We talked a week later and you stated the water and upper ice maker were working but the lower had not started making ice yet. We scheduled an appointment for Feb 17th. When I called the night before you told me the lower ice maker started working and there was no need to come out, everything is working fine. Thank you for your time G
