I am so happy that Konstantin was able to help with my Internorm bifold window, which was stuck shut. Since it's a European brand, I'd been having trouble finding help. But Konstantin has 10 years of experience with Euro windows, so he knew exactly what to do about my stuck lock, and even improved the hinge mechanism. The whole team was very easy to work with, super professional, and communicative. Thanks, guys!
