I contacted this company at the end of 2023 to purchase a new door and motor. I was pleased at first with how nice the company acted. However I had to wait until March of 2024 to actually get the door installed. I understood that it takes awhile to order a door and then schedule the install but then here I am less than a year later and the door quit opening and closing. I was told that it had to have the limits set. I was NEVER given a manual on the motor when it was installed only one on how to install the door. So of course I had to call the tech to come out. To my surprise I was charged $165 for them to come fix the issue because they said it wasn't under warranty because they showed October of 2023 (the date I ordered it). I am unhappy that the 5 months I had to wait for the door to come in and be installed took away from the warranty period of the motor. That is simply BAD customer service. I would NOT recommend this company. So disappointed that I have recommended them until now

Within 5 minutes of placing my request, I received a phone call from Garage Door Doctor. An appointment was made for later that day. I was advised of what the problem was and the work was completed. I am very satisfied.

Easy to work with and professional. Only glitch was they lost my phone number & I had to call & remind them that I needed a quote. They apologized & came out, gave me a quote & did the work immediately upon receiving my approval.

Donald did a terrific job! I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. He spent 30 minutes repairing the door and 15 minutes explaining the fix and writing out the receipt/picking up his tools. The price was $245.00, which I thought was a little steep, but remember the old saying, "you get what you pay for"! All in all, great job! P.S. Please understand, he was up front with the estimate and only charged me what he originally stated. Thanks Donald!

I thought the service and prompt attention were fantastic! I was a bit disappointed on the cost to oil , tighten and adjust opener. I would however use them again in the future because the service was so good.
