Write a ReviewI hired Michaelâ s to install an exterior door and install 3 windows about a year ago. When they did the work, they did not use drop cloths, nor did they throughly clean up after their work. They damaged my freshly stained deck, we spent 4 hours cleaning up after them upon job completion and the quality of work required me to do rework/finishwork/cover up mistakes. Now a year later my window that is under an eave is leaking. I have asked them to come out for warranty, assuming that the vent pipe that they routed around the window is leaking or that in doing this work they did not properly check the roof penetration. They have scheduled and missed 3 warranty appointments and I truly do not even want them to do the rework. Perhaps my job was beyond their scope and shame on me for working on a tight timeline and budget for this project. You get what you pay for and I highly suggest that you donâ t pay Michaelâ s for what they are going to give you.
They did a great job uninstalling transporting and reinstalling a new gas range. Very professional and punctual and knew what they were doing!

Michaels Handyman Services representative **G** did not complete the job which he was paid to do! He would not return to finish the job even though he was informed of the recurring issue the same day! I contacted him again the next day enquiring as to when he would return to troubleshoot why the problem still existed and inform him that he forgot to completely reconnect my clothes dryer (only cool air was blowing out of my dryer, it was operating very well prior to him disconnecting it in order to access my washing machine). The representative responded by informing me that his job was complete after leaving the residence and stated that I needed to place another service request. It is unbelievable that he would not complete his job and attempt to swindle me out of more monies. I basically inquired to him about integrity and workmanship guarantee. The representative stated what he just shared was in company policy and stated he would send me a copy of the policy which I never received. I had assumed he forgot as opposed to purposely not properly reconnecting my clothes dryer for profitability purposes.
G was great, very cordial and efficient.
Very prompt service, communicated when he was arriving, helpful in explaining the issue and how to resolve it.
