Gregg came out to evaluate our washer. He diagnosed the problem and researched the expensive parts needed to repair the problem. He was candid with us that cost of the parts alone made it a better choice to replace the washer. We appreciated that he came out on a weekend. We bought a new washer. If any other appliance malfunctions, Gregg will be our first call. He was knowledgeable and professional.

I used Home Advisor to search for a dishwasher repairman, and Home Advisor put me in contact with Greg Murdock. We scheduled an appointment and I gave Greg a preliminary idea of the issues with the dishwasher. Our appointment was for Friday at 4:30pm and Greg got there on time and ready to work. He had all the equipment with him that he needed, and treated my home with respect as he ensured to take off his shoes when he came in to avoid getting dirt on my carpet. Greg spent about 1.5hrs looking at the dishwasher, and inspecting various areas until he found the issue. He found out that the dishwasher was significantly clogged and each tubing needed to be removed and cleaned to effectively eliminate the clog. When the job was done the amount I paid was very much in line with the preliminary estimate he gave over the phone which made me happy because I did not want any surprises. Greg was professional from his time of arrival to his time of departure, and he got the job done. I hope to avoid any dishwasher or refrigerator related issues in the future, but if I do run into those issues I now know who to call.

Greg came out at 5pm on a Saturday to fix my fridge. He ended up having to leave and get parts and come back that night and another day but he stayed until the work was done. He let us know that he did all he could to get our fridge to last, and gave us information about brands to help us with choosing a new one. He is very knowledgable about refrigeration, honest and fair.
