To a man each workman knew what needed to be done and stayed with it to completion. A 3 tab shingle roof replacement can be explained and understood easily. The other half of the roof was a flat roof with various repairs and upgrades needed along the way. This job took 5 days to completion. Very happy with the roof and the warranty length.

They did a good job, the crew were organized, hard working and finished on schedule. Everyone we had dealings with was always very nice and professional. I would recommend them to others in need of roofing.

Getting an estimate from Kyle, one of the sales consultants was one of the best experiences i have had with a contractor. He made me feel comfortable with the roofing work they offer and the crew. His guys came out did exactly what they said cleaned up the debris and job came out outstanding will recommend them to anyone.

Genesis painted and remodeled my home with decorative foam crown moulding on the window trims. My windows are now leaking, and we are still waiting for Genesis to call us back! Other than the painting their work is shabby at best! They literlly have one guy doing all the work, instead of a team, who is supposed to know how to do all the different expertise of work! The cool wall is not all that either! Itâ s kind of shiny and plasticky looking! We could have went to Home Depot and random hired workers who could have done the same job for a fraction of the price! Getting them to complete the work initially promised was grueling! We went with Genesis for the warranty, and now they donâ t even call back in an emergency! Donâ t be fooled by the by the friendly salesman who will promise you the world! We definitely feel duped!

It was an awful experience. They do not provide you with what they promise. The project was not done in a timely manner. The workers were rude and disrespectful. They were messy and sis not do a good paint job.

Found Genesis here on Angi and im glad I did. From start to finish the whole process was breeze. The representative who came to our home to give us the quote was very nice, helpful, patient and professional. the crew who put on the new roof were great. They were hard working, organized, friendly and did a nice job keeping the place tidy after the work. The cost for the roof was on the higher end, but the roof is a 50 yr warranty so it makes sense if you place to stay in the home a while. We are happy and would recommend them to others.

The Genesis roofing was terrific. The only problem I have is w the ABC delivery company that delivered all the roofing materials. Driver smashed the metal keypad post and holder that opens and closes my security gate. Itâ s been a month and still no repair .
