Georgia Sprinklers responded quickly to my request. I was scheduled a couple of weeks out. Tech was professional and on time. It turned out my control box needed to be replaced; which was more than I expected and what I had budgeted for. I did not ask if quotes were free beforehand and there was a trip charge. I felt like I had no choice to move forward with the repair. But I have no complaints about the work. I would suggest that company advises company of trip charge policy when setting up the appointment to be fair to the customer.

PJ, We feel you are completely right about us advising customers of the evaluation fee we charge beforehand. Although we have always tried to make sure and let them know in the past, I have personally made this a new policy. It is something we tell each customer when we set the appointment up now. I apologize for the miscommunication and please let us know if you need anything else in the future. :)
