They responded instantly to my query, promised to be at my home within 45 minutes, and arrived on time. They were knowledgeable, friendly and competent, identifying the problem and fixing it within minutes. They further analyzed the overall performance of my A/C, added some coolant as needed and finished up quickly. Their bill was reasonable and I will go to them for any future A/C work.

I went through HomeAdvisor looking for a plumber to replace my 6 year old water heater that was about to die. They were one of three companies to respond very quickly. Russ asked if I could send him pictures of the water heater instead of having to come look at it. Being extremely busy myself, I liked that idea a lot. Within minutes he responded back with the full price, not an estimate, which fell right along the lines of what I felt was fair. They arrived right at the appointed time the next day, worked quickly and cleanly. I also like the fact that Glades offers many services, and if all their technicians are as nice and professional as Russ I will definitely be calling them again.
