Efficient, courteous, hard-working professionals. Knowledgeable. Replaced several windows and screens. Windows look amazing. Removed all debris and old windows. Great clean up. Would definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Jose and helper arrived on time, same day appointment, worked efficiently and did an expert repair to three shower doors making all the adjustments necessary and replaced the sealing strips as needed. They had all necessary tools, parts on truck and wore booties. Courteous and respectful all the way.

Glazier Expert LLC is a company you should NEVER use. I feel like they lied and do not perform the scope of the work in a professional manner. They do not prep properly, and when replacing a double pane of glass on a French Door, their workers used a sander and destroyed a solid brass Anderson Door handle, in addition to damaging the door frame. The owner said he had ordered a new replacement handle and when his worker arrived today, the worker attempted to polish the handle rather than install a new one. I called the owner, and he said he needed to return the handle to Anderson to get a new one - The Owner has continually lied throughout this entire process. - he never said he needed the door handle back. Additionally, I asked him to replace a window in my house and he " misquoted " me the price and I had to cancel that order also. I was due a refund and his office said the worker was bringing a check today, which never happened. The owner said " the check is in the mail" Glazier Experts of Darien should not be used as you will find the quality of work sub-par and they continually lie. If you use Glazier Expert of Darien - " Let The Buyer Beware". DO NOT USE THEM
