This was their first cleaning. Since I have had problems with other cleaning services (i.e., reliability; scheduling), I will reserve further comment.

I was a little uncomfortable with not having a price established ahead of time for the three levels of my home to be cleaned. She would evaluate upon inspection. The brother-sister team didn't show up on time. I called them 1/2 hour past the start time. Then after a few calls back to me needing my address and directions, they actually began cleaning 1.5 hours past the original start time. I'm certain they forgot about my appointment and did the best they could to still show. I too gave the benefit of the doubt. I probably shouldn't have. They came dressed very nicely with necklaces and bangles, attire you would see at a social occasion, not that of cleaning someone's home. The brother took notes along the way of what needed to be done and I was impressed by that. After a while they wanted me to check their work. To give just a few examples of basic things that were no up to par were my lamp shades were lopsided, the blinds were half opened, the creases in the stairs between the treads and the risers wasn't vacuumed (I have two large dogs), there were giant swirls on my mirrors and I found the lady using the natural granite/stainless steel cleaner on my office wood furniture. My natural wood furniture cleaner was in my master bathroom for some reason. At this point, I was starting to feel like this was the first time this pair had ever done a job like this before. I paid them a hefty some of money that I highly regret and based on their performance I don't feel comfortable hiring any sort of cleaning crew ever again. The final straw was when they were just about to leave was that the gentleman pointed to something I had in my kitchen that I was using to reach something up high. He asked, "What is that?" I confirmed what he was referring to and then said, "a step stool." Please don't get me wrong, these were lovely Christian people whom I enjoyed their company but to place chairs back around the table in the most awkward manner, I just don't get. As being restricted by my doctor, I was not given services that I needed and what I paid for. Very disappointing experience and giant loss of money.
