We lost our money. After their service we have had no working appliance, and they would not answer our calls for follow up. The initial repair was done in a timely manner, but when the refrigerator failed to cool down after the repair, we called to have the technician come back. He said he would be out before lunch, but he did not appear and did not answer our calls to inquire when he was coming. He did, however, come back to the house unannounced at 8:30 PM and performed another repair to the unit. The unit never did cool down and beginning the next day we tried repeatedly to get a hold of Go Pro via phone, text and email. So much for the 90 day warranty on repairs. After two weeks of trying to get a response, we have hired another company to perform the repair. Add to that the fact that the technicians assistant apparently cut himself on the job and left his bloody bandages in our dining room. Since they do not answer the phone we have emailed with request for refund (the repair cost was $450.00 plus the diagnostic fee- the parts were under warranty) but so far have had no response.

Two very nice, professional gentlemen arrived within 20 minutes of my call for refrigerator service. Went above and beyond by repairing defective part to hopefully keep freezer from freezing up again. Will definitely contact again if appliances "misbehave" in the future. I considered the service cost appropriate.
