They came out almost right away, and identified for us what was wrong. he was fast and honest, tightened it up and got it so I could use it. It was hot, so that was a big relief! He didn't twist my arm trying to sell me a new cooler, even though it's clear we will need one soon. And his price was reasonable.

First appointment went well. No show on second appointment, despite repeated rescheduling to later arrival in the day. Third appointment, the technician showed up with no materials, then spent 3 hours custom making the wrong part from raw sheet metal. Fourth appointment the technician also showed up with no materials. The order that we had been waiting for to schedule this appoinment came in, but then the technicial called and said he forgot what was needed for the job, the order that I was told had arrived apparently never really existed, and the technician again just brought raw sheet metal. Plenty talented, but hugely inefficient.

We were in a bit of a time crunch to get our swamp cooler replaced. I called Good Neighbor to explain my situation and they came out the same day to look at the project. The swamp cooler was replaced the next day--and for $1200 less than a competitor! Good Neighbor was prompt, responsive and friendly. The swamp cooler did need a bit of adjusting after a couple of days but, once again, they were prompt in fixing the issue.

We had an estimate by a company contracted through Costco and by Good Neighbor. GN was more reasonably priced but also offers other services with the installation that made it an easy decision. They worked fast and efficiently, they were respectful and easy to work with; came back quickly when we needed assistance, and we got top of the line equipment!

Aside from running a little late (not unusual for afternoon appointments) the service we received from Good Neighbor was excellent. They fixed our noisy swamp cooler promptly and with a minimum of additional expense. The technician who was out to our house was incredibly courteous and helpful. I'll call Good Neighbor again without hesitation.
