I expected to get someone in a few days so inwas surprised when someone was available today. He did an awesome job and very professiional and friendly. Scheduler was also equally friendly.

Technician showed up late and complained how complicated this work for our specific home. We had to accommodate the technician going the extra mile getting him all he needed and comfortable so he would finish the job and not say "I don't have to do that ____." Technician competently and satisfactorily performed the work after goading and encouraging.

The technician was on time, courteous, efficient, and exhibited great problem solving skills. The response time from the scheduler was impressive and courteous. The pricing for fixing the problem was extremely fair after the diagnosis was determined. I highly recommend using Gowdy. They are like finding that great and honest mechanic for your car and you tell no one about, but Gowdy deserves public praise.

They are very polite and efficient. I researched other electricians and they were higher in price for consultation and cost/hour. Excellent service will use them again if I have any other electrical problems. Very trustworthy company to deal with!
