I have worked with many contractors for various projects and the level of customer service offered by Graber exceeds them all. Throughout the entire process, from the first visit to discuss my project to installation, the Graber team has always showed up when they said there were going to; have kept in communication about the status of my project; answered all my questions honestly and with patience and kindness; and my finished deck far exceeds my expectations! The installation team was very considerate of our home and property during install making sure that everything was picked up at the end of the day. I am so glad that I chose to have Graber Outdoors to complete my deck!

Graber Outdoors was great to work with. We worked with Alex initially to share our vision and get a quote. The meetings were not high pressure or pushy, yet he shared a lot of helpful information. Once we moved forward with our project, it did take a while to get started since there was a substantial waitlist for others wanting to work with this company. I checked in a few times while waiting and John (the owner) always responded quickly to let me know they were still on track with the original timeline. When it came time to start our project the crew was very friendly and polite. It was clear that the people in charge of the project wanted to ensure a job well done and keep their customers happy. The entire project, deck and patio, took about a week to complete and everything appeared to be very organized. I would gladly work with this company again and suggest you give them a try if you are in need of a new deck!

OJ and his crew did a wonderful job rebuilding our deck. The project was on schedule and finished on time. They are a team of well mannered folks with great craftsmanship. Every team member cares about their work and respects our property. It was a real pleasure to see them build our favorite hangout spot with such care. We are especially impressed by Conrad, a young man who works so hard and being so patient with each item he worked on. He would measure every board at least three times before cutting it. He tirelessly got on and off the ladders so many times to fit an oddly angled beam to its spot. There's one time when I went talk to OJ on something near by, Conrad would pause the power tool in his hands so our conversation is uninterrupted. Amazing work ethic! I would highly recommend Graber Outdoors to anybody in a heart beat. We're very happy that we made the right choice.

The Graber Outdoor Team involved with our deck project was phenomenal throughout the entire project.They designed and built the deck like it was their own. The final outdoor deck exceeded our expectations. You will not be disappointed if you select John Graber and his team to build you a fantastic outdoor experience as an extension of your home.

When you want to make a substantial investment into your home with a deck or deck replacement, Graber Outdoors is an excellent company to work with. The owner, John Graber, is very professional and knows his product very well. He listens to the customer and will provide input to not only build what you want, but will make suggestions based on the design and safety of the deck you want built. John's crew are very skilled and actually are true craftsmen. I wish they did more than deck projects!

Graber Outdoors did a great job on our deck. I had built our deck on our last house and just didn't have time to work on this one. They showed up on the exact day that they said they would and had it done in almost 2 weeks (it's a large deck, close to 950 sqft). The final product looks great and they have a good eye for the finish detail.
