Good morning Mr. Allen As you know, I gave your company (Grace Chem-Dry) over three attempts to resolve the issue of the AWFUL SMELL in my dryer that turned out to be three dead birds discovered that had fallen in the bottom of the dryer from the nest you removed on your first visit. The end result was I paid you several times, and the pungent odor continued to linger. To be fair, I must not over look your suggestion to cut into the drywall and basically remove and replace the entire dryer housing. I indicated to you that I would get a second opinion first before moving forward with that unbelievable idea. Allow me to share with you my experience with Mr. Patrick Martin at Dryer Vent Wizard this morning February 1, 2023. He came out to give me a second opinion and during his visit he turned the dryer over and discovered three dead birds in the bottom of the dryer. I had to pay again for a service I had already paid you for several times for. Mr. Allen this should have been a plan of action of yours during the first or second visit, at least. Since your company failed to resolve the issue within the more than over three times you came out to my home, I am respectfully requesting a full refund for the visits of all the work I paid to your company (Grace Chem-Dry) or at least the $175.00 I paid to the other company Dryer Vent Wizard. Had a very plugged dryer vent (contractor insulation primarily). New dryer exhaust pipe causes dryer to stick out about 4" from it's original position. Was happy about Alan's desire to fix the problem and stay in touch with the customer.

Alan came the same afternoon I posted that I needed my ducts and vents cleaned. They came the next day. He and his team were polite, efficient, and effective. My breathing is greatly improved! They cleaned up after themselves; cleaner air and vent covers were the only ways I could tell they had been here.
