I've now hired Terry multiple times and he's always very responsive, fair-priced, and communicative throughout the whole process. He's definitely my go-to HVAC guy and I will continue to recommend him!

We wanted the A/C installed on the side of the house, stated as much to Terry, and he installed it on the back of the house instead, claiming it would be better. Then he accidentally burned out the new motor he installed, and charged me to replace the motor, claiming I was getting a good deal because he was only charging me part of the cost to replace the motor, and not labor on top of that. Then he charged me extra to run the line to the thermostat without telling me it was going to cost more, and took a week to do what he said would take a day. He left trash, the burnt out motor, and parts lying around my house that still have not been installed (2 months later). He showed up at random days and times without communicating to me when he would arrive and seemed to feel like he was free to enter my house on any given day/time without having to ask. He was surprised to come back a few days after he said he had completed the job to find my doors locked and unable to make adjustments to the air-conditioner. I ended up spending an extra ~$500 over what he told me it would cost, and overall, it was a horrible week-long experience, that still is not 100% complete. I would definitely not recommend Green Energy Mountainwest HVAC.

I am very sorry this customer is unhappy with our work. Their furnace was very old and would not work with an AC unit. I replaced the main board and a relay to allow it to work. The old furnace did burn up a constant circulation motor but I did not charge them anything for it. They only had 2 wires to the thermostat and that would not drive the AC and furnace with the thermostat they wanted to keep. I charged them $430 more to replace the main board and relay and run the thermostat wire. $260 for the board and relay ($196 parts $64 labor 1.5 hrs) the thermostat wire took 3 hrs $170 including 6 wire line. All cost was explained to the husband.

Terry was very responsive and made adjustments when we ran into budget issues. He is always willing to work to address any concerns and come with a solution quickly. He always has a positive attitude and will get the work done on time. I would and have recommended him to friends.

This is a great company that backs up their work with great warranties. I would have no hesitation recommending them to a friend after the work they did for us installing a new central air conditioning system on an old house.

Terry was incredibly easy to work with. With such lofty promises I thought for sure he was being hyperbolic. My AC was not flowing smoothly, it would be 64 degrees in the basement and 85 degrees upstairs. Terry assured me that replacing my 25 year old furnace would fix that problem. I thought it might help, but I still expected it to have different temperatures. But he was 100% right. It is within two degrees between my basement and my upstairs, I am incredibly impressed. They were quick and efficient, easy to communicate with, and overall just nice people. Definitely recommend.
