Mark was very thorough and knowledgeable. He truly seemed to care about how the air quality was affecting my mother's health. We have not moved forward with remediation as we have some repairs to complete to stop the current water seepage into the basement. However, once those repairs are made, we will call Mark back in to get rid of the mold.

The two men who came out were very competent. They changed shoes when they came indoors and kept every area clean. The results were quick and they took a long time to explain the situation. I will hire them again should the need arise.
