      Hired to repair ductwork and install UV product and analyze cause of moisture buildup. Initially great experience with installers and sales team. Problem returned and investigated issue myself to find trash in my duct work, and the excess moisture was due to broken P trap, which prevents negative pressure and proper drainage. Disappointed that this wasn t identified by technicians. Company did offer to fix it, but I decided not to use them again.
