Friendly, tried to keep costs down, however, the cost ended up being double. Quick to respond. Couldn't get switch plates back on so just left them for me to deal with.
Response by Gremco, Inc.: The problem was a bad cable in the outside wall of the mobile home. It took quite a while to track down, and time to replace it. Took a lot longer than I expected, but this type of problem is very hard to estimate accurately. I gave her a substantial discount, but still ended up being quite a bill. She got her money's worth, however. As far as the plates are concerned, I put all the ones I took off back on, and a few more - but her ex-husband had tried to find the problem before I got there, and we couldn't find the screw for the outdoor light fixture. That was the ONLY one we didn't put back on!

My ceiling fan in dining room is 30 plus years old and I thought the computerized remote switch on wall had stopped working so I bought a new fan. Joe arrived and looked at the wall switch and got the fan working without having to replace anything.
