The owner, Mitch Putman, responded quickly to my inquiry regarding my copper gutter repair. He asked me to text photos, which I did. Said that he would be out on Kiawah on Monday morning. All is good, right? It was until the repairs were done. I had one gutter that the slope was off where the rainwater was not able to drain to the downspout. He said, an easy fix, which I felt it was. Just repositioning and securing the brackets, right? Well, I thought that would be what they would do. No...wrong! They instead cut the copper straps, then they bolted the strap to the roof. And because they punctured their roof, they needed to cover it with a half-dollar sized amount of white caulk. A very visible and poorly executed repair! The gutter installer, who originally installed these copper gutter stopped by to look at the repairs and was incomplete and utter awe. He will now need to come out and repair the Gutter Boyz nonsense that they call a repair. I cannot with a clear conscience recommend this company to do any copper gutter repairs based on the band-aid fix they performed on mine. Also, I should mention...Mitch said that the white caulk should bleach out from the sun in about six months, but if I still did not like how it looked, he would personally come out with copper color paint and paint the caulk. Are you kidding me? One word...yikes! I am sorry I let his company touch my roof. Do not make the same mistake as I did.

I cannot recommend GutterboyzSC. Brand new 170ft of gutters with dents ,scratches,rollermarks, etc etc. Decided to focus on the worst gutter out of them all since it was pretty bad and upfront by the front door too. I pushed to have it replaced, which they did replace finally. But on a cloudy 8 am morning I cannot see things that may be wrong. (Black gutter too) I paid and fulfilled my side of the contract. Upon coming outside in the sun, I can now see that they used a black paint and oversprayed all over the front of the gutters. This company could do so much better and lots of you that are 2 stories or higher are not going to see these issues from the ground. I could have said much more but will leave it at that. Hire at your own risk.

This company was absolutely spectacular in every aspect. The communication was great. The attention to detail and work quality where perfect. They showed up on time and had a very reasonable price for such quality work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have gutters installed. They look absolutely beautiful and the employees are very professional, helpful, and friendly. Nice work!

They did a great job for us and gave us a really competitive quote. Hillary was very helpful. They were a little slow on actually completing the work once I okayed the quote, but it all worked out after a couple phone calls. Still I would recommend them.

Great company to deal with. Very reasonably priced and delivered on time installation. Good communication.

The only problem I had was they had to come back the next day and install my leaf guard that was supposed to be done originally . They were back the next day to finish the job 

Put a leaf guard in with no extra charge!

I liked they way they listened to what I wanted and the young lady that gave the quote was very knowledgeable and explained about what materials the gutters would consist of. Then on the day of installation both saleslady and the owner stopped to check on how the job went and if we had any questions or concerns when the install was completed.
