Quick, professional service but expensive.

The second time they came by left me worst off. He did not unclog my drain, left sewage in my bathroom sinks. I had to call another company just took them 10 minutes to fix my drains. I would not recommend this company

Very polite. Does not listen to customer input though and did correctly resolve the problem. More accurately, fixed one issue and left another.

Extremely expensive needed drain unclogged it was emergency they said they could not clean from outside clean out wanted to replace clean out said it was not the right direction and 4000 to change plumbing pipes in basement. I refused called another co he came went to clean out and cleaned clog within 30 min. 150.00

Showed up at designated time. Was professional and informative. Reasonable, and reliable. Made excellent suggestions. Would not leave until the job was completed. We had the entire 1934 house plumbing intake replaced. Well, well worth it.

courteous, fast, and helpful. maybe a little pricey but I needed the job done fast and correctly. that's what they did.

Extremely prompt with assistance on a Saturday evening. Very pleased with Todd and his service.

Let's start that a 2 man team was sent out that could not complete the job. The city had to do an inspection before the gas meter could be turned on and that had to be before 5 pm. The installation took 12 hours and 4 more techs to be sent out after 5 pm to complete the install. I called every hour on the hour beginning at 12 that day to speak to a manager and never could get anyone to return my call. Tech's suggestion was to give me space heaters to heat my 3000 sf home for the weekend that it was supposed to be in the 30-40 degrees. Would not recommend having HEP do your heat and air install. It was a complete frustrating disaster from the minute they arrived.

HEP provided a quote that was within my budget for their portion of my bathroom renovation. The scope of the work was seemingly not difficult from my point of view. But when unexpected problems arose, the technicians worked through the issue in a professional manner. Very competent and polite.

Overpriced.

Still having the exact same faucet leaking problem which started the second day after the plumber left. Hep will send someone else out but will probably charge another service fee plus whatever materials it takes to solve problem. We have paid $268 dollars to fix this one faucet already.

did NOT fix the problem right. I NEEDED JUST A SIMPLE FIX, replace handle and broken cartridge on my shower. $400, for 45 min. Of work. DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY ARE A JOKE. TOO COSTLY and do quick work. I NEVER was given a price estimate.

I don't know anything about the heat and air installation process so i will have to wait to rate quality and service. Employees were very polite and professional in their interactions.

We had a very good experience and will definitely use them again. Excellent service. They fixed our job and we haven’t had any problems.

Had them over three times for a issue with my Freon and I still don't know if it's correct..alttle concerned if I have too much or not enough..

Overall an excellent experience. They are a bit higher priced than others and above average according to online sources. But they attended to me when I couldn't get local plumbers to come and they honored their time frame. The corrected the problem and were most courteous.

They did a excellent job and were able to work around my schedule.
