Project: Install or Replace a Home Theater System or Media Center
They are very knowledgeable when it comes to setting up your system after the installation. The setup time takes more time that the installation in some cases. I would definitely use them again.

Small business, their truck broke down, i had to initiate the conversations to get to done. Quality was good, took three trips and a lot of over functionality on my part to get completely done
Response by HTAV Pros, LLC: This was scheduled as a job evaluation, but the client requested we start that same day, which we did. We had no previous visit to review the job and it turned out the job required parts we did not have on-hand on that initial visit. A single return visit was required to complete the job once we had the required part, the return visit was complete within 1 week. The homeowner was never asked to help with the work, nor did he need to initiate anything on his part.

Excellent Service . Very thorough ,knowledgeable and professional. I bought the AVR/Receivers/Sub elsewhere to my liking and had them install/connect/calibrate the HT/5.1 Surround Sound system. Very pleased with the results. Flexible scheduling and they stuck to their initial estimate. They don't try to extract as much money as possible like other big retailers recommending expensive cables or services.Their cables are HQ and not very expensive. Will hire them again for future work.

Very pleased with Dan's custom installation...much different then 'big box' inflexible stores. Installed a powered screen, Epson projector and all the wiring behind walls. Even relocated my rack to the adjacent room. Now just need to upgrade my Denon receiver.
