Our unit was working perfectly fine before he touched it; all I asked for was for the unit to be tuned up for the summer. He sprayed it with soap and water and charged me for a tune-up. After I pointed that out, he opened up our unit, said that our capacitor needed to be replaced because it was old and that we needed Freon. We told him the machine works great, we just wanted it tuned up. He poured the wrong Freon into our unit and fried the coils. Completely destroyed the machine. We had two other companies come out that were shocked at what he did. His inexperience forced us to replace our unit, costing $11,000. My baby girl was 2 months old and 100-degree weather hit us; we could not stay in our own home. I do not recommend this man at all.

He sounded like a professional, but the process was not professional. After having another professional. I realize he wasnt the right person. He cause more damage. he put different REFRIGERANT instead R-22 and probably destroyed the unit.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
