Scott started out ok. Signed contract I am March a lot od delays in starting. Communication very poor, would say was coming and did not how numerous times. Was quoted 85000, then just added a lot of charges that he in the end Saud he told me up front the cost and spent hours and hours with me to design. I asked for plan changes in beginning and he said it was OK to get the permit, never got together until framing completed then the cost became mine. Had multiple changes in plumbing, electric and workers. Has very rude to me. Not sure if because I am a single older women he thought he could put one over on me. Project just finished, and he did not finish it all! On contact says enclosed 3 season room, then said we agreed on only screened in. Left staples; screw and cigarette butts and nails all over. I still have a huge amount of garbage in one of those tarp bag in front of my house

Scott started off strong but then we had a miscommunication with the Masonry which Scott did address.. Then, we noticed craftsmanship issues and the deck didnt pass local inspection. Scott has stopped communicating with me and more Iâ m stuck with bad railings and non compliant steps. Scott, please call me!
