I started with a mess. I had a contractor come in that gutted my bathroom then left me with nothing but a hollowed out room. I didn't know what to do. So I came on here to Homeadvisor and I figured "what can I lose." Ron called me almost immediately. He was able to come out that day and take a look at the project. I showed him what I had already purchased and what I was looking for and he knew exactly what to do. He was confident and didn't beat around the bush. He had some ideas that I really liked and went with. Ron and his team are trust worthy, kind, and fun to work with. I strongly recommend them for your contracting needs. The bathroom that I thought would never get done is beautiful and a dream come true.

They re-installed the baseboards and patch the drywall holes and re-painted my walls. They repair the bullnose on my high ceiling and reset the front door. They also install the linoleum in our laundry room. They did a great job and paid close attention to doing it right. They made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. They were very accommodating.

The work was good the customer service was long and required to much follow up.

Janet did not understand why we had to wait for the thinset to thoroughly dry prior to grouting. She did not understand why the grout had to thoroughly dry prior to sealing. When I spoke to her about this, she became mad, so I stopped explaining it to her.

We lose money when this happens, but we sometimes have to lose money to eventually make the job right and the customer happy. Thanks for allowing us the time it takes to do it right Jackey!

We contacted Tom's company for an urgent request to replace porch posts that had rotted out and had termites; we were a couple of days away from painting the house. Tom was very accommodating and had Cory out here to perform the work while juggling other jobs. Cory was professional, did a great job replacing the posts and was a pleasure having him work on our house. Thanks Cory! I highly recommend and will look to Hammercraft construction for future home construction needs. Thanks!

Hey Lon! Thank you for the great review! We appreciate it! Most of the time, when there is an issue like this with rotten posts, the contractor will tell you just to rip everything down and start over. We were able to save Lon tens of thousands of dollars by 1) Knowing how to repair this problem. And 2) Putting the customer first and not turning this into a bigger more expensive job than it needs to be.
