They were on-time, very nice, and worked efficiently and quickly. It's never a good feeling to have your kitchen sink spring a leak, but they made this adventure far less painful and less expensive than others I have hired in the past. They were a pleasure to work with, so much so that I have them on speed dial - ready for the next water tragedy that comes our way!

Said I needed something else done and did not fix the problem I had. Charged me $190.00 and still have a drip problems. Said I needed I needed a pressure something but I have lived here over fifty years and that has never been a problem.
Response by Hancock Plumbing and Drain Service: What this customer is not saying is that his son who is not a plumber had attempted several times to repair the faucet and failed. We however DID repair the faucet with DELTA repair parts. We also provided the customer with a pressure test showing that he had water pressure over 165psi which is over 2.5 times what it should be. The PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE had failed and was in need of replacement. His son stated that he would have to give us a call as they weren?t able to address that issue at the time we were there. Also this review is the first time we have heard about any issues since the time of the repair. Had they called we would ha

Very experienced, expert, worked quickly to resolve issue, were respectful and very pleasant to work with. They showed me in detail what they had done and how to troubleshoot in the future. They will get any future business I need! Great!

First of all, it states that they give a "free consultation" and that is entirely untrue; it's $125 an hour. Their tagline is "The jobs not done until Mamma's satisfied" Ed Hancock could have cared less if I was satisfied with his work. He tried to overcharge me for the time worked; thankfully, I set a stop watch. On top of this, he only takes cash or check!! He completely failed to mention that until the work was already completed; even though, (at that time) it stated on this site that credit cards were accepted. He did NOT clean-up after himself (at ALL) and proceeded to belch and let gas during the course of the job. Lastly, Ed Hancock is very disrespectful and smart aleck; EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, ABSOLUTELY NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, OVERPRICED, and ENTIRELY UNAPOLOGETIC are the words that come to my mind when describing Hancock Plumbing.

Normally I don't because it can be looked at even more negatively than the review Sadly we do not accept credit cards and haven't for almost a year. We charge a fair price for the job . Also we clean up on all jobs. But even as good as I and my colleague can make things. Even we cannot please everyone all the time but we will give it one helluva a shot to try and do just that each and every time. So I hope everyone can have as good as a day as possible
