I had a reclining chair to be fixed and the technician did a wonderful job fixing it. I had a problem with the footrest where the chair would not recline, but he fixed the chair and I can now use it again in the reclining position.

They took a while to get the job done, but they did a beautiful job on our 16 chair cushions in our kitchen and dining room.

We had them put new heavy duty foam rubber. In the seats and backs of the two lazy boy recliners that needed better support. They did a very good job. And cleaned the leather as well. We would use them again. W. Sundberg

Work ethic was poor. Ty raps left on my floor after they left, job was left with wires hanging every where. Took them 13 days (from the 3rd to the 16th) to get back to me then wanted $317.00 to install a switch. I can buy a new chair for $150.00 more. I refused to pay that price.

Horrible Customer Service! I hired the company to recover my sofa. Price was high but the company has good reviews. Was told delivery of my sofa would be today between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Changed schedule to accommodate their schedule. Called at 4:30 asking for an update on my delivery. Was told driver is behind schedule 30 minutes. Would be there by 5:30. Called back at 5:45. Got answering machine. How convenient. Left message informing my sofa had still not arrived. Called back after 6:00 PM! Got machine again! Never got call from the company or the driver. Currently unsure if I will ever see my furniture again. Cannot comment on their quality of work. Had to rate quality of work...Can only comment on their Commitment to Quality Customer Service... ...Wait for it...Wait for it...Yeah it's like that.

They actually forgot to redo one of the cushions. Wife didn't like the job they did so did not go back to have cushion fixed. They were also supposed to reinforce to fabric in the back of the cushions, which they failed to do and now since they over stuffed them, they are ripping. I have called twice and they dont return calls. They are a rip off.

I can't add the other rating....I had an appointment 2/24 and was called and advised that the technician was sick and couldn't come. So they re-sceduled me to 3/4. I got a voice mail 2 days ago that said they'd be here today between 9am-11am and for me to call and confirm. I called in the evening so I left it on their voice mail that the time frame was fine. It was 11:10 and no call no show. I called and had to leave a voice mail. At 11:40am I called, yet again and left another voice mail that I was aggravated as no one had called me. Then I got a callback. The lady said the tech had me on the schedule for 11am-2pm and he'd be here soon. I advised no, that I had taken the message, put it in my calendar and even called to re-confirm and that I wasn't pleased. Let me tell you, my feeling from the beginning was that the tech didn't know what he was doing. My husband got here and he was talking with the guy and they got into a disagreement. Parts needed to be ordered and we owed the $75 service fee. I advised that I felt that should be discounted because of all the problems with the prior appointment and this one (a good business would've offered). He said he doesn't get into all that and that they don't discount. He'd earlier told my husband his wife owned the business and I could now see that I was dealing with a 1 man operation it appeared. He was now arguing, left the $75 cash and walked out. We had both counted on something being able to be done today but this guy didn't seem to know much more that what my husband already figured out on his own. I've called several times to talk to the wife just to let her know our side of the story but it keeps going to voice mail, as I'm sure he called her as he was pulling away. I'm just saying the Customer Service all the way around was horrible. Being small business owners ourselves you know important it is to keep people happy at any cost. I hired this business because of good reviews. Highly disappointed!
