The technician was very informative as to what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. He was polite and experienced with great people skills. I'm having a much better day thanks to him.

New out of school guy, but he had plenty of backing, sharp, and really good people skills. Very happy with his work. Only thing I could complain about was the time it took to complete everything. But I’d rather a job done well, that a job done quickly.

After the work was completed, following an installation problem, the owner came to discuss the issue with us, and I felt his attitude was not what I would have expected, and created unnecessary stress for us. the Outcome was successful, but could have been done in a more pleasant manner.

My experience with this company was superior in every capacity. The technician who came out first called about 30 minutes before arrival and I was called the day before to confirm the appointment, as well. The technician came at the appropriate time and was the utmost in professionalism, courtesy, and trustworthiness. His visit was followed by a visit from the owner, at my request, because I was considering purchasing a new unity. The owner, also, was patient, professionalism, and very appreciative of my business. There were absolutely no high pressure pitches, just a well-prepared presentation of my a/d option with upfront expenses displayed from the outset. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate at all to use them again and refer my personal friends to them. They even wear disposalable booties each time they enter the house!
