I hired Ricardo Rojas.9/10/22 My remote went bad it was still in warranty. I asked him if can get me a new one he said yes. since February 9 2023 he promised to send or bring the remote to me. all he did was string me along. and I met him at places for him and he had excuses I forgot the remote or he couldn't find. all he did was string me along. I wouldn't do business with him again. .

Cleaned all the vents to vacuum them out made the air coming out of the AC press and clean did a third job and is fast the kind of work you want being the homeowner.

Ricardo was awesome! Besides doing great work on an AC unit install in a very tricky place to reach, he earned a lot of bonus points for: taking his own time to help me shop for the right unit for our place, taking extra care to make sure our dog was comfortable during his visit, and taking notice of the poster of my fav band on the wall and choosing to play them for their "work music" while they did the job. That's attention to detail!

I had 3 units installed in my 100-year-old antique home, so it was quite a job with itâ s own unique intricacies. Ricardo came within a day to scope out the job and put together a plan. He and his team had all units installed and blowing the coolest air through the entire house in less than a week. If you need ACâ s this summer, hire them!
