I thought the price was a bit high. Also, about a week after installation, I called about the toilet not being solidly anchored. They said it had something to do with the flange, and would cost an additional $280 to fix. Shims were stuck under the toilet. They corrected the problem, and they cost a hell of a lot less than $280.

Ryan is wonderful. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing and why. He was very helpful and knew what he was doing. I won't use anyone else again. I signed up for the maintenance contract for piece of mind.

I am very happy with the service. I had a problem with a toilet and Hart's came out the afternoon I called. The technician who came out was very courteous and professional. Offered us an affordable monthly service contract for plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical. Living in an older house, a service contract is the peace of mind we were looking for.

The technician was prompt, courteous and in addition to thoroughly evaluating the issue also recommended routine maintenance we could could perform on our own to reduce problems in the future. Very happy with the service call.

We ended up having the entire AC replaced, but not before Jason tried everything possible to repair our very old unit. The above and beyond of Jason our service person, Melissa in customer service and even the owner, Joe was beyond compare and we would definitely recommend Hart's to our friends and family.

Extremely satisfied. Ryan arrived 1 hour earlier than expected. Inspected A.C. and didn't try to sell me service contract or new unit, even though my unit is 12 years old. Called later in afternoon to see if everything was okay. Price was reasonable.
