I hired them to do miscelleneous repairs to trellis, gate, and patio. They responded very quickly and did all repairs for a reasonable price. I would hire them again for other jobs around the house.

We hired Basil for a painting job. He was very responsive on the phone, in coming for estimate, & to do the work. He was nice & his prices were reasonable. Unfortunately,we found that his painting skills were sloppy and unprofessional. He also had not fully completed the job when he initially told us he was done. We had to contact him and ask that he return. Thankfully, he responded quickly and came back promptly to correct the problems. We listed items that needed fixing when he came back. While he fixed the most egregious problems, he totally overlooked the rest. We are happy the job is done, but would not recommend him.

He was prompt for estimate and work. We were fixing up after a minor basement flood. Job looks good. I had to clean up saw dust and paint drops from the tile floor after he left. And noticed that the white pre-primed trim in the bathroom didn't receive a finish coat when he was painting the trim. We didn't contract for painting of all the trim. We didn't realize how bad the other trim areas needed painting until he was gone. I wish he had suggested painting the rest of the trim - would have earned him some more money and us an even better looking paint job

We are giving our highest commendation to Vasilis Handyman Services. Bill and his assistants did a great job for a reasonable price. He was prompt, thorough, knew what he was doing, and a very nice person to work with. I feel that we were lucky that ServiceMagic recommended him to us. We will certainly employ him again.
