    This letter is €‹a formal complain about service €‹we recently received from €‹Heavenly Gates Corp. and his owner Antonio€‹(Tony) ‹ Claro. We would like to make this very clear: WE ARE NOT REQUESTING COMPENSATION, €‹and we do not want€‹ this €‹organization or whoever is associated with them to contact or visit our home. Our COMPLAIN is with the only purposes​ to alert other customer throughout Home Advisors€‹ . More Information: After requesting information on your €‹website ( ‹ Home Advisor) €‹Heavenly Gates was contacted by your offices and immediately we received a call from Mr. Antonio (Tony) Claro, owner of Heavenly Gates Corp. 9310 NW 13 Street, Unit 6, Doral, FL 33172 and trusting €‹your reviews we proceed to negotiated with them. ​He came to our home the same day August 12th, offered his services, showed us different samples of his work on his €‹cell phone, we choose the one we liked , signed a contract and gave him a Check for 50% deposit ( $1850.00) and on August 18 the final payment of the total amount of $3700.00. We are sending herewith a link (https://goo.gl/photos/tgeV9wU2q2oYX8R19) of different photos of his work by €‹which€‹ you will realize the unprofessional work €‹performed . Needless to say we were quite frustrated €‹ and immediately we tried to contact€‹ €‹Mr. Claro.€‹ €‹We tried several times to contact him. €‹We called on the phone and he never returned any single one. We starting sending messages to no avail €‹ only once he reply that he will be coming personally to fix the problems.€‹ He never showed €‹ or answered any message or telephone calls. €‹ Finally we had to €‹hired€‹ another person to fix €‹the most apparent issues i.e. the Gate Door. I expected a much higher level of service from ​any organization recommended or promoted by Home Advisor and we are just trying to help other home owners choose whom to use in the future. We repeat we do not want €‹any compensation or any further association with Golden Gates. €‹Today we received the visit from Comcast advising that after the installation of the fence all their customers in the block and around lost their cable service.
