Steve was very informative and provided us with very good work at a reasonable price. He was very flexible with our requests. We selected his proposal due to his professionalism, clear proposal work and the time he spent with my wife explaining how they go above/beyond with their projects. Helferich wasn't the lowest price, but I think we got the best overall value, including a full extended warranty as part of his service.

Others wanted to come back to do the work Helferich repaired it on the spot and for considerable money than was quoted by others.

Helferich responded quickly to my inquiry, visited the site, and prepared an estimate within a couple of days. It wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. Both Tony, the manager, and Jeff, the gutter installer were friendly and competent. The work was very well done and completed in a timely manner. I enjoyed working with them.
