I have never used a cleaning service before so it was hard to know what to expect. I must say that I am overall very happy with the work that was performed. Susie did a great job at cleaning my windows, baths, kitchen appliances and floors. She had a little problem in that her regular assistant did not appear for the job but Susie stayed late to get the job done.

Susie is really fantastic and does a beautiful job. I travel for a living and she takes care of everything while I am away and I never have to worry about anything at all. She is very conscientious about her service and her fees. I would highly recommend her.

Very happy, very kind, very professional. We've been using Susie Q's for a while now. Every once in a while the girls seem to be in a rush and miss small things (like making the bed with the comforter sideways or upside down), but a simple email to Susie to explain and she uses it as teaching for next time. We're happy with Susie Q's and we're staying.

She did an excellent job cleaning, but it took longer than we were both expecting. So the estimate was off from the final cost.

When turning in bids for housekeeping jobs, I have to be up front, and allow possible extra labor time if the job task requires more time, than expected for client, before further labor time is extended, we do take time to discuss budget and how we can proceed to take care of the extra attention areas, without running into over pricing. Communicating about unexpected soiled problem areas that may require beyond estimated labor time will always be our consideration in keeping things within your budget. We are here to serve, to make your place a show place.

Susie does a great job! So far everything sparkles. My last cleaning crew didn't do a vey good job and it was a little expensive for the deep cleaning to get it up to Susie's standards but, it was worth it. Susie is very thorough! You purchase the products Susie likes and replenish them when she is running low. With other services I have used the provide the products, but, my house never looked as good as it does now. I am very impressed with Susie two visits into our relationship and feel she will continue to keep up the good work. A++ for Susie!

Wonderful! I have actually been using them for a while now. We run into a few problems here and there but Susie is always gracious and has occasionally made extra trips to fix any issues.

I was honestly astonished at the hard work and effort Susie and her new assistant put forth. Hats off to her and I want everyone to know that you can not find anyone better any where! I will call her back, that is for sure.Another choice is inconceivable to me Thankk again Susie!!!
