For over a year I tried to contact you to make a payment. When you finally did send a bill, it was over $2,000, which means each of your men would have to be billing $100/hour and would have had to have been here for at least 10 hours. They weren't. You've never provided a detailed invoice, and now, you completely ignore or don't recognize a $100 payment to you given the exact date I made it, the exact date it was posted to your account, and given a copy of my bank statement to prove it.     After waiting for an appointment for several weeks, this company canceled on us two weeks in a row. The work was never completed.

We had every intention of having our tech there on Friday, the 25th - but unfortunately, he called in sick and we had to cancel. We did make every attempt to reschedule with you.
