Albert couldn't have been more accommodating. He was courteous on the phone, flexible with scheduled, showed up on time, and did a great job. His price was more than reasonable and frankly way more competitive than other companies I've tried. I will absolutely use him again and highly recommend his services.

Cared about what he was doing-called before appointment to make exactly sure of the problem and gave me the option of purchasing the parts myself if I wanted to. Very reasonable - made follow up call to make sure everything was working correctly. I will definetly use him again if needed.

Owners name is Albert. Very nice and polite...came out right away to look at dishwasher and microwave. Had to order part for dishwasher. he fixed the replacement of interior light, after me going to Lowes to pick up replacement. After having a very hard time taking apart and putting back together the microwave cabinet, he left and was apid for job. After he left, I noticed the side of cabinet was sticking out on top. It turned out that he broke off the plastic catch and never said a thing to me about it. Needless to say, it was not worth my time and aggravation to call him back. I received the part for dishwasher, but decided to replace the entire machine. Do not hire this guy!!!!!

I take customer satisfaction seriously as evidenced by my other ratings. I've attempted to contact this customer on several occasions to address his concerns without return communication. Should this customer be willing to work with me in addressing his concerns with my service I encourage them to contact me for further resolution. I did not realize there was a broken part however would like the opportunity to address this matter.
