Michael is a pleasant young man and very polite. I asked to have the lawn dethatched and when they showed up they only had mowers. When I asked if they were done Michael said yes. I told him that this is not what I asked for and explained to him what I needed. When he came by the first time I asked him if he knew what I wanted him to do and he replied yes. He said he didn't understand and I apologized if I didn't explain myself. He felt bad and I told him I was in no rush and he could come back and finish the job if he wanted. After a couple of appointments where he was "rained out", he came by today and finished the job. They did exactly what I wanted and I'm happy with the job. I asked him to give me a quote on lawn service and trimming trees in the backyard for the future, After the misunderstanding was resolved I believe Michael and his dad are honest, hardworking individuals.

Great work and wonderful service. They are honest and up front and the work quality is absolutely incredible. They did amazing work on our front and and backyard and we could not be happier. We would gladly recommend Herrera Gardening.
