We used HPR to get our roof replaced after a bad hail storm. I've never gotten a roof replaced or filed a homeowner's insurance claim before but Michael was very knowledgeable about the whole process and was able (and eager) to help with every step of the way (if you've ever seen how much red tape there is when dealing with insurance companies and mortgage lenders, you'll know how valuable this is!). Michael had an eagle-eye for identifying hail damage that I might otherwise have missed which helped me get the most accurate hail damage claim. My wife and I were both pleased with the quality of HPR's work and love our new roof. It is clear they really want you to be satisfied with their work and will do whatever it takes to get there (e.g. when I couldn't get one of my over-the-air channels to tune back in quite right on my rooftop antennae, Michael said I could have a TV tech come adjust it for me and send him the bill). We also had some problems with our furnace tripping out after our new roof was installed. The HVAC repairman said it was due to the cap on the exhaust vent partially restricting the exhaust flow (which he couldn't fix because it was up on the roof). I called Micheal and explained the situation and he said "Send me your HVAC repair bill and I'll have someone out there right away." Unfortunately, none of his crew could make it over here so Michael himself came out and climbed up on our roof to do it (in 40 degree weather, in the dark, on a Friday night.) just to make sure our 18-month old baby could have heat for the night. The only area for improvement might be in their communications with the homeowner which weren't always as timely as I thought they could have been. If you plan to use them after a major hailstorm in your neighborhood, you might need to pack a little patience since you won't be the only ones using them. But you can rest assured, they won't stop until you are 100% satisfied and I think they really mean that. Overall, I was very pleased with HPR and would certainly use them again!

After dealing with another contractor who constantly stalled, I switched to HPR. Jason, the projector manager, was professional, always came thru in a timely manner, and constantly used excellent subcontractors. Just a great experience.
