Shelby the project manager explained every phase of the project very clearly and throughly from start to finish . There was no hidden agendas . The cost of material and the possibility of any unexpected cost was discussed in detail right up front. He was very professional and not pushy . He gave me all the information I needed , but left final decision up to me . The work crew was also outstanding . They worked harmoniously throughout the entire project without a glitch. Liz was very good personable and took care of us. I was not getting answers from the insurance agent or the adjusters and was like a lost kid in the crowd. Liz was able to break down how everything worked and made a complicated process easy. She took care of my family and home. She was fantastic no matter what arose.
