Write a ReviewVery nice people. However not recommended. . I was told there is a diagnostic fee which I agreed to. They said if they can repair it the fee will get applied to the repairs. They quoted more for the repairs than I brand new washing machine would cost. They said they would send a quote for a new washer but I never heard back from them. Very frustrating and wasted a lot of time and money!

HIllside Appliance Services helped a very panicked customer with a refrigerator totally dying and full of food. They gave me an appointment window to come over the same day. Though a little late for the initial appointment, their serviceman was able to quickly determine the problem was a fried computer and ordered a new one. He came back the next morning and had my refrigerator working in short order. With a few sacks of ice, I was able to keep the food cool overnight.
Hillside Appliance Services LLC was great to work with and their technician Saul was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to actually save us money on a part that we thought was faulty and needed to be replaced, but Saul was able to determine that the problem was actually with one of the wires leading to the dispenser module on the door, which he was able to fix and get our refrigerator water/ice dispenser working again. Thank you for your help with correcting the problem. Dean P.

Still working on a solution to the problem of my refrigerator alarm going off at all hours, but Saul has been diligently working the problem. Viking can't figure it out, but Saul isn't giving up. Also, he's just a nice guy.
