Holiday Construction did a great job. Wonderful communication. Pictures to show progress and what was found when the ceiling was opened up. I wanted to make sure no mold and he was able to ease my mind with the pictures. He cleaned up after the job and made sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Holiday Construction for dry wall repair and paint. My tenant was also please with Dwain?s work style and professionalism.

I was looking for a contractor to paint my kitchen as the one I had an agreement with backed out at the last minute. Dwain Holiday agreed to finish the job in a week. He came to my house in Thursday, gave me a fair estimate, and began work on Saturday morning with his colleague, Paul. He cleaned up each evening so we could use the kitchen. He completed the job the following Tuesday. The cabinets and walls look great. The cut in lines are perfect; no paint where it doesn’t belong. In addition to painting, Dwain cut the bottoms off two heavy interior doors to allow them to open over hall rugs and cut the bottom off the fence gate as it was sagging and no longer opened easily. I would highly recommend Dwain. He is quiet, friendly, and offers good advice. He was later than expected several mornings, but notified me each time. This did not present a problem for me as my big concern was completing the job by Tuesday, which he did without difficulty.
