Started out fine. Clay responded to my initial contact immediately. I do not reside at the property and he was made aware of this. I was not contacted after the job was done. I did not know that the job had been completed until approximately 4 days later when I was contacted for payment; not a problem. A few days later, I contacted Clay to inform that the AC unit was not cooling. He instructed me to have the residents check for icing and dirty filters. There was not any icing and the filter was clean. I understood that he would be going out to check the unit and he thought I would call him back (which he did not instruct me to do). I attempted to follow up by phone but the mailbox was full. I was able to sent a message on the website and he called me. I asked why he never came back to check the problem and we agreed that there had been miscommunication. Clay apologized and promised that he would be out the net day. The next came and went; no Clay and no return phone call. It appears that once this company gets your money, they are done with you! They do not stand behind their work. Please find someone else for your AC repairs/maintenance.
