Fernando and his Team were very professional from the day they estimated the job until the job was completed. All phases of the work and the type of materials being used were explained in detail. I would not hesitate to reccomend HIC to other friends and family. During the repair of the roof Fernando pointed out some other work that was needed and I plan on using HIC to do the work once I am able to do so.

They were prompt, courteous, neat and they explained what they did. The job was well done.

The company called me and scheduled an appointment for an estimate later that day. The were punctual and the project Manager William Granados gave me a good price for the repairs and covered everything that would be done to correct my leak. I was told that the repairs would be completed within the week if possible, depending on the weather. On Wednesday I received a call that they could do the repairs that afternoon if I was available. A crew showed up at 2PM and the repairs were completed, except for a few cosmetic touches that would be completed when they came back on Friday or Monday to replace the rest of the roofing on my house. I had been so impressed with their work that I had William give me an estimate for removal and replacement of the rest of the roof as there were several problem areas that needed attention. Now I'll have a new roof and several years ahead with no concerns. My roof was 23 years old and I've had problems with leaks over the past few years. Now I can have peace of mind that with the new roof I'll have many dry years to come. I would highly recommend Home Improvement Corp. to anyone needing a roof I don't know what else that they do but if they do it as good as they do roofing I give them a call. The staff couldn't have been any more pleasant. They did their work and cleaned up when finished and left everything as neat as when they arrived. Now I have a few cosmetic things that were not completed but that was because they are coming back to do the rest of the roofing and that is perfectly acceptable.

They were very punctual. They called me the same day I contacted Home Advisor and the Rep. from the company was at my house that day to give me an estimate. The estimate was acceptable and they said I would have the work done within a week; depending on the weather; which was acceptable. Wednesday morning I got a call that they could do the work that day. A crew showed up at a little after 2PM and they completed the repair that evening about 6 PM. I was so impressed with the work that I had William Granados; their Project Manager; give me an estimate on replacing the rest of the roof there were several places that needed attention and with the winter coming I wanted to be sure I had a secure roof. His estimate was good and I signed a contract for the completion of the roof with installation scheduled for the following Friday if possible or Monday. I won't 100 percent sure how their repair is until we get a good rain but from the way it looks I'll have no problem and I do have a 5 year warrantee. I am looking forward to getting the rest of the roof completed and many care free winters in the future.

The project was two-fold. Install a new roof and remove old siding and replace with new. Samuel is the man there. He walked us through everything with regard to the type of shingles, underlayment, insulation, venting. Very knowledgeable about the products and willing to make concession where they can be made and respectful of your opinion and willing to consider alternatives. Once we finalized every selection and decided on a start date. It was off to the races. Roof was the first thing done and it reminds you of one of those home improvement shows that brings 10 guys to knock out the job. Roof was torn off and completed within the day. Samuel was able to get up on the roof and show us that some of the wood was still usable before proceeding with completion. The projects managers kept me in the loop since I was a state away in PA. Once the roof was completed, the siding was started. These guys work really quick. The back of the house and sides were done within about a day and the front and capes on the house were done on another day. Entire project was wrapped up within a week. I would definitely recommend using Home Improvement Corp for these type of jobs. Service is spot on. Will also consider using their services for internal remodeling. I'm the type of person who researches everything before making a final decision. I was pleasantly surprised how much attention to detail was given to the project and handling of the customer service aspect because I know these guys are busy. After all the work was done, They provided me with the warranty for their work and for the materials used on the roof and siding with the original manufacturers. Excellent work and craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Workmanship! From start to finish (1 Day) I had my House & 2 Car Garage.completely re-roofed by HIC. When looking for a Home Improvement Service....you interview several companies. William was the Best in explaining the project that HIC would take on. He was there on the day of renovation, along with his Project Manager - Maretsio who made the experience gratifying. I would definitely recommend & hire this company again.

Home Improvement Corp. were great! Always on time and responsive to calls and answered any questions immediately. I had a flat roof installed over my garage (which had a bad leak) and also a railing to go around it. The project was done quickly and site was cleaned up extremely well at end of day. I am very pleased with the work done and would definitely recommend them to others!
