fast, professional and quickly done

WIsh I had paid more and hired a better contractor. There was no communication between them and the sub-contractors used. I was frequently asked by their office who showed up and what the status of the job was. They allowed their sub contractors to make design decisions in my bathroom that I had not approved. The 2-week job took 3 months to complete. They cut a pip during demo and flooded our living room below the bathroom. Damaged new hardwood floors, damaged the ceiling and walls. Tried to have the ceiling re textured and painted instead of replaced. Did nothing to repair the walls or floor. Then I had to buy paint to have my living room paint repaired and the painters they has come in did an awful job. We had weeks at a time where supposedly no one was available to work. After the job was "complete" I was left with a wall that is lumpy and has no texture to match the rest of the room, fixtures that are installed crooked and off-center, tub plumbing that is too small so water trickles into my over-sized tub and it takes 3 hours to fill, a shower door that opens 18 inches so we have to squeeze in and out of the shower, paint in several places is missing/messed up on the walls, tub handles are installed backwards, the silicone caulk around our shower door is already peeling off and bubbling (within a week of job completion), paint on new light fixture, unfinished seam between shower tile and wall, and they damaged the new carpeting going into our master closet and bedroom. Not to mention the mess that was left anytime someone came to work in the house when we have a baby in the house. My favorite was the day I came home to light bulbs sitting in the baby's highchair. The best part was the owners of the company bragging about how great the bathroom looks and how its the nicest bathroom they've done, and then them telling me how nice they were being by not charging me extra above the original quote for the extra work they did (like repairing my living room ceiling and having her husband attempt to fix the carpet they damaged.)

I am very happy with the results of the project. I would hire tham again.
